What's about the recommended Movie Player?
When you are a Windows user, the easiest way is to use the Windows Media Player. You don't need to download it again, but you can easily update your current version when you follow this link:

You have to make sure to download the movie on your hard drive before watching it - to download, right click on the movie link and choose save target as. When it's downloaded, just double click on your file to watch it.
Can I use a download manager to download my movies?
You can of course use any download manager on the Deluxe Pass Network. We advise you to use Get Right or Download Accelerator Plus. These two software will help you to speed up your download and resume / pause downloads when you want - and they're free.

What if I don't want to use a download manager?
A lot of Movies on the Deluxe Pass Network use the XviD codec (see below for help on XviD) - it means you can't live stream those movies. So you must download the movie on your Hard Drive before watching it. When you don't use a download manager, you just have to right click on the movie link and choose save target as to download a movie. Make sure to remind where you download the movie on your Hard Drive so you don't forget where you put it.
I downloaded a movie but when I watch it, I get only the sound and not the video or the video and not the sound?
Most of our movies require the (newest) XviD Codec - it's a little free plugin that will enable your movie player to properly play the movies (sound and video). Please choose your version:

Yes. You need a specific program for that action. It is called Virtual Dub and you can download it below. It is for free (GNU). Please read the documentation and be sure that your system can operate with Virtual Dub
